After 30 years as an MC, I've become a reluctant expert in some very obscure products! Whether it's banking, construction, pharmaceuticals, retail or technology, I spend time researching every product and industry before an event. The better I understand the product, the better I can help communicate its value and engage the audience.

Expos
At expos, suppliers have invested heavily in their stand and deserve every opportunity to connect with potential customers. Some exhibitors are natural performers, while others appreciate a little help attracting attention. That's where I step in. A quick interview, product demonstration, prize draw or big-screen appearance can create interest, start conversations and help turn foot traffic into genuine engagement.
Product Launches
Product launches are all about making the big moment count. The team has worked hard, expectations are high and the audience needs to leave excited about what's been unveiled. My role is to build anticipation, keep the crowd energised, support presenters and ensure all the key messages land. Most importantly, I help make sure the client gets exactly what they need from the audience in the room.
